Dr Benjamin Daniel is an Australian trained fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists and a consultant dermatologist at St Vincent’s Hospital in Melbourne. He is a senior lecturer at UNSW and regularly teaches medical students and junior doctors and is actively involved in the teaching and mentoring of Dermatology trainees.
He completed a 2 year pre-dermatology research fellowship in autoimmune blistering diseases alongside his Masters of Medicine for which he received honours for his thesis. As part of his training he spent 6 months at the National Skin Centre in Singapore where he was exposed to a broad range of different skin conditions affecting Asian skin. He is a fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists and a member of the International Society of Dermatology and American Academy of Dermatology.
Dr Daniel has published several articles in peer reviewed journals and presented at both local and international conferences.
