Dr Kavie Soosapilla is a dedicated Cardiologist with a special interest in heart failure management, preventative cardiology, and comprehensive cardiovascular care. She is passionate about the early detection of heart disease and helping patients achieve long-term heart health through personalised, evidence-based treatment.
Dr Soosapilla graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery with Honours (MBBS Hons) from Monash University and is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP). She completed her cardiology training across Campbelltown and Liverpool Hospitals and has undertaken advanced training in non-invasive cardiac imaging, including echocardiography, stress testing, and CT coronary angiography (CTCA).
Currently, Dr Soosapilla is completing a Cardiac MRI Fellowship at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, further expanding her expertise in multi-modality cardiac imaging. Her broad clinical experience enables her to provide comprehensive assessment and management of a wide range of cardiovascular conditions.
Known for her patient-centred approach, Dr Soosapilla is committed to delivering clear, practical, and compassionate care. She has a particular passion for supporting Australia’s diverse multicultural communities and works closely with patients and referring practitioners to achieve the best possible health outcomes.
