Dr Martin Cullen is a Consultant General Physician and Intensive Care Specialist based in Sydney, NSW. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) and a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Sydney. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) and a Fellow of the College of Intensive Care Medicine of Australia and New Zealand (FCICM) since 2009.
Dr Cullen specialises in general internal medicine and intensive care medicine, with a strong focus on:
- Perioperative medicine — managing patients before and after surgery and coordinating care across multiple specialties.
- Acute medicine and critical care — caring for patients with complex, multi-organ issues in both the acute and intensive care setting.
- Ongoing care of heart failure and the use of echocardiography to help those suffering from Heart Failure.
