Professor William Chik is an Interventional Cardiac Electrophysiologist, Cardiac Device Implantation Specialist and adult General Cardiologist.
Professor Chik is an Australian trained general cardiology, hypertension and heart failure management expert. He specialises in management of heart rhythm disorders and is an expert in radiofrequency ablation of cardiac arrhythmias.
He has special interests in cardiac device implantation such as pacemakers, implantable defibrillators and biventricular pacing to deliver cardiac resynchronization therapy in heart failure patients.
Professor Chik consults from WiSE Macquarie Park on Thursdays and is part of the broader cardiology team based here at WiSE.
