Tahlia graduated from Australian Catholic University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. She is a dedicated and compassionate physiotherapist with a strong commitment to empowering patients to reach their maximum potential.
Tahlia has gained valuable experience as the Strength and Conditioning Coach and Head Sports Trainer for the Northern Tigers NPL 2 Men’s First Grade Team, as well as interning with the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Sydney FC NPL1 Men’s Team. These roles have fostered her deep interest in managing acute sporting injuries and implementing effective return-to-play programs.
Under the guidance of sports physiotherapists at the elite football level, Tahlia has developed extensive skills in assessing and treating knee and ankle injuries. She has also advanced her professional development in hand therapy, casting, and splinting. These skills allow her to treat patients effectively and help them return to their sports and hobbies as quickly as possible.
Outside of work, Tahlia enjoys staying active in the gym, going camping, walking her dog Zeus, and spending time with friends and family.
